WHAT DOES MY DANCER GAIN FROM BEING PART OF THE COMPETITION TEAM?
At Dreams In Motion, it's more than just a trophy. Being on a competition team is an amazing opportunity to develop technical dance skills while making great friends and building confidence. Dancers experience the joy of performing at various dance competition events in the area and working together to learn and grow as dancers.
WHAT CLASSES WILL MY DANCER BE REQUIRED TO TAKE?
All competition team dancers are required to take 2 Ballet classes, Jazz, Strength & Technique, choreography class and team rehearsals.
WHO CAN JOIN OUR COMPETITION TEAM?
Our team is open to dancers, ages 6 and up, who would like to participate, and have demonstrated through their actions that they are a good fit for our team! At least one year of ballet and jazz training is required. If you have a passion for performing, are dedicated and hard working, we want you here!
